Robert is a senior channel executive with a proven track record of identifying market opportunities to increase revenues and market share. An experienced business leader and entrepreneur with a proven success record in sales, marketing, business development and operations. He has significant experience in the high technology and consumer electronics markets with proven leadership, problem solving, channel knowledge and executive relationship building skills.
Frank W. Raimondi, Jr.
With over 30 years of outstanding background in the IT/PC channels, Frank utilizes his strong relationships with vendors, distributors and reseller partners, to work with multiple parties, together toward a greater goal, through alliance and partnership marketing, strategy development, and complete follow through to execution.
Royal Spragg
Royal is a seasoned Sales Executive with 30 years of developing and managing IT/CE channel sales, including consumer electronics, computing, software, services, printing (2D & 3D) and digital photography. Royal’s management experience in channel sales and marketing includes retail, commercial and industrial channels. He can think strategically and execute tactically, with a broad understanding of related business disciplines including product management, logistics, manufacturing, and finance. He has a reputation for building strong relationships with partners at all levels and has demonstrated successes in sales management, executive engagement, new business creation and growth.

Tony has been a senior level executive and has three decades of Management, Retail, Product Development, Strategy and Business Development experience at various storage and network companies. Tony has a documented history of exceeding financial targets, growing market reach and share; as well as developing and creating innovative solutions to business problems.
Kirk Adams
Kirk is a hands-on team builder with deep skills in forming and directing cross-functional teams to consistently exceed expectations, expand market position and improve brand awareness. He builds complete businesses, joint ventures and research organizations from the ground up. The focus of his career has been on the Digital Transformation of Businesses, specifically with technology channel, partner and business development as both operator and technology industry analyst on Wall Street. His expertise spans hardware and software distribution, business development and business models.
Kathleen Paulus
Kathleen is a channel marketing professional with 25 years of strong, hands on, sales and marketing experience. Kathleen has a passion for creating, developing and executing great partner marketing programs from the ground up; programs that are unique, scalable and successful. She specializes in partner recruitment and on boarding as well as growing existing partner relationships to maximize sales goals.
Tony Watson
Tony is a passionate energetic leader with more than 25 years of experience in sales and management. Tony has a proven track record for building and developing top performing teams. He has established successful relationships with national retailers, distributors, DMR’s and VAR’s throughout his career. Tony built, mentored and led large action-oriented sales teams. Tony has extensive leadership experience with selling hardware and software solutions. Prior to the ICN Group, Tony has held leadership positions at Rand McNally, Konica Minolta and 3D systems driving unprecedented revenue and profitability gains within highly competitive markets.
Danielle Feith
Danielle has over 20 years’ hands-on experience developing effective multi-faceted channel marketing strategies in the technology industry. Strengths include creating, executing and growing successful partner enablement programs. She has diverse experience managing all aspects of B2B marketing and a proven track record for effectively and creatively enabling sales, partners and customers to achieve revenue goals. Prior to the ICN Group, Danielle has worked for Ingram Micro, Axiom, Targus and ViewSonic.
Ron Cohen
Ron brings over 20 years of IT and Channel sales and marketing experience to the ICN Group. He is top-performing, senior Sales Executive and Marketing Professional and he currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Channel Chiefs Council as Vice-Chair and Executive Officer.

Based in Toronto, Canada, he has a wide range of connections and can deliver results to companies looking to expand into the Canadian marketplace, or for companies in Canada looking to expand into the large US marketplace.
Mike Sexton
Mike Sexton is a veteran technology industry executive with over 25 years of experience creating product strategies, leading product development, and sourcing products globally. Mike specializes in helping companies understand data, end user needs, and design trends to create successful product strategies and leverages his vast experience to work with designers and manufacturers to quickly develop high quality, cost effective products that exceed financial goals.
Irina Fedorova
Irina has over 13 years’ experience in tech, working in multiple regions including The United States, Russia/CIS, Europe, Africa, China, Taiwan, North and Latin America. Her passions include development, innovation and start-ups. She is an expert on client relations, fundraising, early stage products, sponsorship management and partnership programs.

Prior to the ICN Group, Irina worked at Intel Corporation and was responsible for developing customer base, launching new designs on the market and successfully raising for Intel marketing budget. Her responsibilities involved creating and executing local strategy for platforms and original designs, capturing market channels with new accounts forming affiliations with China’s manufactures, while collaborating with Microsoft and Google.
